1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Blacktown Rubbish Removal provides rubbish removal services in Blacktown and surrounding western Sydney suburbs. The scope of each job is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any job that we deem unsafe, impractical, or outside our service scope.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the actual volume or nature of the waste differs significantly from what was described. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not accept asbestos, liquid chemicals, paint, tyres, medical waste, biological waste, gas cylinders, or any other hazardous materials. Attempting to include prohibited items in a removal job may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Access and Property
You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the property for our team and vehicle. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property, but we accept no liability for pre-existing damage or damage caused by normal wear during the removal process.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Overdue accounts may incur interest charges.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
